MultiviewTV ("the App") is developed by Bastián Véliz. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices.
1. Information We Collect
The App collects limited technical and usage data for stability, performance, and product metrics, including device, operating system, app version, configuration, codec, resolution, playback protocol and container, error and playback diagnostics, and anonymous interaction metrics. No personal information is collected or linked to your identity.
2. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
On iOS and tvOS, the App requests permission through Apple App Tracking Transparency before analytics. If you grant permission, Firebase Analytics may use IDFA for attribution and metrics. If you decline, analytics continue anonymously without IDFA.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
The App does not collect personal information, location data, browsing history outside the App, user content, stream URLs, stream names, playlist content, or data linked to your identity.
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses Google Firebase Crashlytics for crash reports and Google Firebase Analytics for anonymous usage, interaction, metrics, and playback diagnostics. See https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
5. Data Storage and Retention
Crash, diagnostic, interaction, and metrics data is processed by Google Firebase and stored on Google servers. Retention follows Firebase default policies and service configuration.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
